We are very excited to announce that we now can accept credit/ debit cards and electronic checks online, in the office and over the phone!! To pay your bill online click HERE to be directed to our payment webpage.  Please enter your entire account number with no spaces or hypens.  We still accept cash, check or money order that can be mailed in as well.  Simply choose the option that best suits your needs... Deferred Payment Option

The recent COVID-19 outbreak has been difficult and has caused major disruptions in everyone’s lives.  Lakeland Sanitary District #1 realizes that this pandemic is putting a strain on our customers and we want to work with you.  If you are having difficulties making your payments, please contact our office at 715-356-4454 so we can set up a deferred payment plan to keep your account current.  This will ensure that your account does not become severely past due and no interruption in your water service.

Let’s work together to get through this difficult time.  Our office is now open Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

September has arrived, and autumn is well on its way.

As the summer heat begins to fade, and the first hints of red and gold begin to appear, it’s a great time to relax and enjoy the mild weather. Next Monday, September 7, is Labor Day/ Labour Day, a day which honors the achievements of our workforce —a "yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our countr[ies].” Department of Labor.  
So, take a break, rest from your labor, and enjoy the respite. 

Then, after your rest, take advantage of this time to plan ahead. September is considered “National Preparedness Month” in the US: a month to get ready, to get prepared for harsher weather and conditions that will be coming, and a time to prepare for any emergencies that might arise.
So, use this September to make sure that you —and your home— are ready.
